***Mechanical Type TCDUs are no longer accepted for repair. TCDUs sent in for repair must be ultrasonic.***

Ultrasonic dispensers can be identified by the two white sensors on the back of the CDU. If you do not see these small, round, white sensors, then you have a mechanical type TCDU.

Refurbished TCDU Dispenser Receives The Following:

• Replacement Of Any/All Sensors(If Needed)
• Replacement Of Any/All Retainer Clips(If Needed)
• Complete Diagnostics Using Tranax Diagnostics Software
• Recalibration of Double Detect Sensor
• Cleaning, Lubrication and Testing
• Repair Of Any PCB Board Add $175.00 Per Board

Minimum $75 Upcharge for: (Including but not limited to)

• Melted Rollers
• Broken Plastic/Metal
• Bent/Broken Frames
• Rodent Damage
• Any damage beyond normal refurbishment
