 Important note: When sending in the SCDU Multiple Cassette Dispenser, also send in the cassettes for testing and calibration purposes.

Minimum $75 Upcharge for: (Including but not limited to)

• Melted Rollers
• Broken Plastic/Metal
• Bent/Broken Frames
• Rodent Damage
• Any damage beyond normal refurbishment

This repair is subject to a $60 diagnostic fee to cover the time to troubleshoot and diagnose the part. This fee will ONLY apply if the repair is deemed “Irreparable” or “No Fault Found”.
